Ok a couple of weeks ago i installed a aftermarket cd player in my 2003 civic and i touched a wire to something and it blew a fuse so i put in a new fuse and noting not even the factory cd player worked so i went to a stereo shop and had them install the stereo and they found a new power source to hook it up to or something like that but the problem is now my power door locks, keyless entry, dome light, or my chimer when the head lights or key left in the ignishion it doesnt do any thing unless the car is on i was told it was a relay so what relay controls all of that stuff could someone tell me or post a pic of it any help would be great thanks in advance

First off, you need to find a new stereo shop. They should have repaired your issue instead of doing things how they did it. My guess, though is that there is still a blown fuse and you just need to find it. It is most likely in the fuse box under the hood.
