Okay so I finally decided on what I should do, I was thinking about getting a 08 Honda Civic Si and then throwing a supercharger on it, It would have cost around $38,000.00 to do what I wanted to do, and I was about to order everything, but got to thinking of doing the Honda I have now for way cheaper. So if you dont know what I have already I have a 2004 Honda Civic EX coupe, which has the EM2, D17a2 engine in it which runs about 127 Hp stock and about 116 ft.lbs of torque. The engine that I have now has 93k so I am getting a stock D17 again but with 20k or less, swap it in and then Greddy makes a low boost (6psi) turbo kit which is made for stock applications without having to change any of the internals. It states you can see about 205 Hp out of that kit. Along with a Cat back exhaust, and some other little mods I should expect to see anywheres from 250 hp - 275 hp, I am also considering gettting a GT25R Ball Bearing Turbo Upgrade, which than will safely allow me to get up to 15 psi with my stock D17 which then would put the Hp up to 285, then with exhaust and other mods around 305-325 hp should be expected. All this can be done with a new paint job, rims, bodykit, carbon fiber hood and trunk, lowering suspension extras, and of course a new stearo system by Diamond audio and Memphis it will cost about 15k which is alot cheaper than the other way ! So this is what I am doing so if anyone has any comments or suggestions feel free to let me know !

Your D17 will be reaching it's limits around that HP rating. Be careful with that setup.

Be afraid...be very afraid. You could be making an incredibly expensive mistake.

If you run over 9psi you will need a new intake manifold. You should be alright running 6-7psi with an engine with 100k miles on it. Get it inspected to make sure everything looks nice though. I would stay away from all the ricey exterior such as body kits and stuff like that,. But its your money.
Really research forced induction before you spend money on that.
