Short ram air/ Mass airflow fix

Hey. I'm planning on getting a K&N short ram air intake system for my 07' Civic pretty soon. I noticed it has a mass airflow detector, and was wondering if I should bring it in to the dealership to get it set. Or can I get something to do it myself that does it automatically? Please be free to post anything be it going with a cold air intake even.
