Im currently waiting for my o8 civic exl to get here. Never owned a civic before or worked on one, im wondering were im leasing it should i go with a short ram air or full cia? And how long dose it take to install a short ram air. Im good with mechanixs so im just curious?

I just installed a K&N SRI and it took me 2 hours. It sounds great and increased hp at higher RPM.

Do short ram, you dont gain alot of hp with a cai.

My buddy hydro locked his engine with a cold air, so i immediatly changed mine to a short ram.

Should take you maybe a half hour to take out old and put in new aftermarket one. Maybe a half hour if not less
