2006 EX road noise
Is it possible to lessen the road noise in the 2006 Civic EX by replacing tires? If so, what brand do I choose?

Changing the tires is possible....but for what you might spend...I would go to your local car audio store and ask them about sound proofing your doors. It might cost a bit less than new tires.
