First you will need GTS headlight covers from a 88-91 Civic. What I did was a basic chop job. I first put the headlight covers over the headlights. Then I took a pen and drew a line for the shape I was looking for. After making the lines I took out a Dremel and a small saw. I chopped away tillI got a basic shape, took out some fine sand paper and smoothed out the edges. After that I sprayed the eyelids with primer, then off to the shop they went to get painted. Once I got the Covers back I used 3M double back tape to hold the covers in place.
