This is a very simple mod that just about anyone can do. This can work only on 90-91 Civics'. You will need to unscrew two screws holding the turn signal in place. When you have the two screws out you can take out the turn signal. When you open up the turn signal you will see an orange plastic reflector, squeeze it to remove. Then replace bulb with a orange turn signal bulb. Then re-screw, and you now have clear bumper turn signals.
