1. Remove bumper lights : 2 (per side) phillips screws
2. Remove the bulbs from the sockets 3. Raise & support car properly (not required) 4. Remove 2 (per side) 10mm bolts under the car 5. Remove 2 (per side) phillips screws inside each fender lip 6. Remove 2(per side) 12mm behind each bumper light 7. Pop the corner off were you removed the screw on the fender lip 8. Take care when removing The bolts behind the bumper lights usually have a good amount of rust, spray some WD-40 or similar product to aid removal Re-install I install the bolts behind the bumper light first (leave them a tad loose) then install the rest of the mounting hardware. And the adjust fit & tighten the bolts (do not over-tighten) This is for 91 Civic Si (hatchback) other models may differ slightly or if your car has been hacked up by a body shop Information provided by: 4thgenerationcivic.com |
