Instructions:

1. Remove the black dash cover. First pry out and unplug the hazard light button and the clock. There is one screw behind the hazard light button. Next, Pull off the black cover, it is clipped one. Be careful not to break the clips.

2. Unscrew the dash cluster which has four screws.

3. Unplug all the wires to the cluster.

4. If installing a gauge faceplate, etc... crack off the clear plastic of the cluster. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! and remove the front black section of the cluster which is held in by a few prongs or clips.

5. Take out the screws on the faces of your gauges then slide the indiglo gauges over the needles *Exercise caution with the gas gauge to ensure that you put it back where you gas level was. This could mean lots of walks home when you start running out of gas.

6. Reinstall the gauge face screws.

7. From the inside, push out the dimmer switch. It should come out as one piece which also includes all three small panels.

8. Locate the red and black wire and splice the red (power) wire from your indiglo gauge controller onto the red/black dimmer wire. Cut the red/black wire and use a butt connector to connect the wires.

9. Remove your under dash plastic panel, under the steering wheel by simply taking out 3 screws. You will need your Philips head screwdriver.

10. Take your ground wire from the gauge controller (usually black wire same size as the red power wire), feed it through to under the dash and connect it to the screw in the sheet metal under the steering wheel. The sheet metal is exposed once you remove the plastic underdash panel, there is one visible screw with one wire attached to it.

11. If your new gauges have switchable illumination, you will need to pick a place in your dash, perferrably a empty switch location next to the dimmer switch. Drill the proper sized hole, some trimming might be neccesary depending on the shape and size of the switch, and install the switch.

12. If you removed it, glue or epoxy the clear plastic back onto the cluster front, snap the whole cluster back together. Plug in the indiglo gauges to the power source/controller unit and test them by turning on your lights. Finish plugging in the cluster to your car if everything works.

13. Screw the cluster back in place, replace the dimmer button/panel, replace the under dash panel, and the big black dash piece. Don't forget the one screw located where the hazard light button goes, then plug in the hazard button and your clock.

14. Sit back and enjoy the greatness which is Indiglo Gauges.
