ok-I'm about ready to take a shotgun to the seatbelt warning buzzer/light. I've disconnectted the seatbeat wires under both seats, cut the wires to the buckle and the warning light and buzzer keeps going off regardless of wheather the belts are on or not. As long as the car is running the warning is on constantly
. Can anyone pease tell me how to disconnect the thing or at least where the buzzer is so I can cut that off? Also the passenger side automatic shoulder belt is dead in the forward position so only the lap belt can be used. Is there any tricks on where to look or what to do to getting it at least to the rearward position? Any help would be appreciated. Dave T. 90 Civic LX 4 dr. |

I'm not sure about the buzzer, but I know all auto-seatbelts were recalled. You can have them replaced for free I believe. They were a safety hazard, and there were too many problems like the one you are having.
