The swap - I've been "re'working". . . EVERYTHING!!!

One more shot of the mess:

Full race sub-frame:

Hasport linx, hiflo cat, and 2&3/4" piping

Here's the 3-way adjustable susp.and the s/s lines:

Here's the Drag manafold, B16 t3 turbo, and the Tial wastegate:

And the intercooler that is as wide as the car!

Well . . . I guess that about wraps it all up.

I'll be out working on it from this point on. I'm just waiting on my new NON-turbo manifold to get here so I can get the show on the road!

Here's the latest.

I've got almost everything hooked up were it's got to go. I fired it up last night at 4 in the morn, lol and it ran smoother than I could have ever thought possible . . especially for sitting unstarted for so long.
Anywahs, after it warmed up, the rem started to fluxuate just as it would if the air/idle controll valve was broken.
Is there anything else this could be? I'm fine tuning it as much as I can before I get it on the road . . I don't need anything mulfunctioning on it's way to get it's final tune.

Also, the oil pan on it has started to leak pretty badely out of the lower front left side.
I'm in serious need of a new one if any of you have one / know were there is one kicking around.

let me know.

I'm sooo damn close . . .

lates.

Besides the normal problems (IAC valve, TPS sensor, vacuum line/gasket leaks), just remember that on my B16 it was the small little goldish pipe sticking into the #1 cylinder intake runner (#1 is all the way on the right when facing the motor front to front- I'm sure you know this, but you never know who's reading!). The motor came without a cap on the pipe causing an insane vacuum leak where the RPM's would jump from 1000 to 1500 repeatedly after the car reached operating temp.
All I did was put a rubber cab over it and wire tied it to make sure and the car was fine ever since.

But here's to good luck bro

Brian - Thanks for the heads up! I had a similar problem last night with my setup.
I cranked it over to idle so that we could check for vacuum sources and the wierdist thing happened . . . we found one . . a really big one, haha
If you are looking at the intake man. there are 3 ports . . .
Mine does not have the brass nipples in it . . just holes.
The canter hole was causing a vac. leak sooo bad that the engine would idle from about 800rpm to 4grand . . . and it'd stay at 4 unless plugged.
I tapped the hole and inserted a trphlon taped bolt to prevend air passage . . it worked great.
Now I could maintain a constant idle . . well . . untill it reached warm up.
After warm up, the idle gets all sketchy. It'll fluxuate between idle and 1,500 like you'd mentioned happened with yours.
I'll take a look at the man again and see if I've got that hole plugged. If not, I'll take care of it and see what I've got from there.

Now my main concern is the massive oil leak I've got were the oil pan meets the block.
I think that the pan may have heat heaved/warped when the guy welded the oil ling bung into it. The weld is huge and looks like a real mess. I'm not doubting that it's warped at all. I have no clue what to do now other than to try and hunt down a new pan.
Hopefully I can find one a.s.a.p. I've run out of time for this one already!

Thanks again bro!

All of your help is extrememly appreciated!
