I have a 89 civic Lx that i replaced the clutch in and when i went to start it it would crank and pop out of the intake but not start. So I replaced the fuel filter and put new plugs in and it started but ran pretty rough so i shut it off to check my ignition system and then i tried to start it again and it did the same thing and popped out of the intake alot so i replaced the cap and rotor and changed the timing belt cause i thaught the timing belt had jumped a few teeth but when i was done i tried to start it this tim it would just crank but not start, and I have already put a new battery in it.
And now i am stuck. |

sounds like you have a dying and now dead coil pack or ignitor.
