Ok, i bought this 1988 honda civic si (5-speed), and i kinda messed up the tranny becuase it hit a bump and it like messed up the tranny. I talked to a mechanic and he said i need to get a new transmission and it's going to cost me about $400 for a used one. My questions are....
1)Should i buy a used transmission and have it installed? 2)Would it be cheaper to have it rebuilt? I really need help and im in a very very very tight budget. Can i get some advice here? ![]() |
