Hey guys, I'm new to this forum (usually on Toyota truck forum) and I hope to get some good info. Nothing too technical here to ask...so I'm looking for new seats for me and my girlfriends' '91 hatch. I injured my back a year ago and am still in much pain so we need good seats. We went to 2 junkyards and were measuring many seats from a bunch of Honda's and Acura's. The bolts meausure 13" in width while every other year/models are 17ish" but couldn't find anything to bolt up directly. I think we're gonna be 'stuck' with newer seat...which is okay but we're gonna have to fab something to work. Has anyone done this...if so, how did you make the brackets and with what seats? We were about to get seats from a '00 Acura integra but just aren't too sure how much work is invovled. Thanks in advance and I'm glad to join the forum!

The only seats that will drop in and bolt up to your '90 Civic are other 90/91 Civic hatch seats. Anything else will need to be modified to fit.
