new project and i have a question

heres the the problem i just bought my new project car for the winter (its a 89 civic si hb) for $200 its mechanically perfect but has alot of body rust..nothing new but as i was looking it over i realized that the frame rails were rusted past the point of repair like i can put my finger threw most of it on the passenger side so my question is is there a store that will still sell there frame rails? or is it cheaped and easier just to make some o and i have full accesee to a mechanics shop so fabrication rele isnt an issue and i plan on going to the junk yard tomorro but i hightly dought i will find any worth putting on seeing is how i live in canada and every civic ive seen has been rele rusted unless its been repaired
