Help! Car wont shut off!

Hello again, So today was the day. we went over everything before we cranked er over for the first time and took the first shot. and yea! she started. So I went to kill it and the engine light came on and I was in a panic because I was so confused I had the keys in my hand out of the car and the car was still on.just my luck....so we pulled the ecu fuse and she died. then we did a little bit of testing and we know the car will die if the injection relay is unplugged , the distributer or the crank angle sensor gets unplugged. But what I cant figure out is what should lose power when the ignition is off. I'm not sure if it was my wiring but I'm 98%sure my wires are great. The 2% has come from this happing. any one have some info to help me out that would be great. thanks. rob
