$300 would buy you a busted LS block with a rod showing through the side....

Here's a helpfull hint.

Around ny, there is a weekly paper that's put out called the Swap Sheet.
Every and their brother puts ads in for their cars, trucks, bikes, motors, etc . . .
Well . . the other day, I stumbled acrost a COMPLETE ls swap for $600.00
I called even though I'm broke just to see what the deal was . . .
The dude was saverely rear ended so he was parting it out.
That's what you've got to look for.
Unfortunately . . he sold it the 1st day the ad ran or I would have sold a nut or something to have been able to grab it for myself.

Look around the local gas stations for mags like the one mentioned and don't forget to check the newspapers . . . You'd be suprised at what people sell in there.

Yea, here's some suggestions....


1- Pray
2- Buy a rabbits foot and rub gingerly
3- Save some more money
4- Steal it (not recommended)
