Well, my folks came up to visit today for 2 reasons. 1 - To drop off my new daily driver (a '94 mazda 626), and 2 - To drop off the insurance check. Well, seeing as I am on their insurance still, the check went to them and they wrote me my check out of their account... Well, they decided to only give me $10k at first, and make sure that I dont piss it away on something else (WHY THE FUCK WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT?!?!). Regardless, this is how I stand NOW: I have a daily beater, I also have the hatch, and I have $10k guilt-free cash in the bank to get the ball rolling and once the folks see some progress with the car, I get the rest. Not too shabby, eh? Oh yeah, I took some photos with my dad's camera while he was here, and he's going to burn them to a CD and mail it to me ASAP, so pics are already on the way.
A few questions now; is anyone looking for a complete D16Z6 swap? Ill throw EVERYTHING in, like a/c components, ecu, wiring harness, whatever I cant use. Im pulling the whole fucking thing out very soon, and I would rather sell it to someone on here than anyone else I know. I dont know any of the specs on this engine except that it came in the 5th gen Si hatches and its surprisingly quick. If anyone is interested, PM me and I will get you some more details.
I will also be selling the rear seats, possibly the fronts (which are way cooler in the Si), headlights, taillights, stock hatch spoiler, rear wiper assembly, etc... So if youre interested, let me know, and if I get some responses, I will get a list together with prices and whatnot.
Yeah, so Im REALLY excited...
Now, where to find a cheap JDM K20A full swap...?!?!?! <Help>

Why would you buy an Si and pull the A/C out of it?? should have gotten a base model I got my Si swapped and it still had A/C and power steering on it. Aint worth driving round in the heat!!

But hey, Ill be interested in the swap, if your willing to travel to the Va line.
