I already did and had no luck. I found one but it was blue.

Has anyone ever taken paint of the door panels and dash? If you have, what did you use?

dude, now that you say this stuff...im thinking that this guy was not trying to make his car look good but rather covering up blood from the guy he cappde in the front seat he was trying to sling rocks to. . maybe i watch too much law and order.

When I was taking out the rear panels the thought of finding something hidden in there crossed my mind. I wouldn't be surprised if I actually did find something. After all, the car did come from the south side of Chicago.

I would just scuff up the pieces with a grey ScotchBrite pad and repaint them with black interior paint.
