What Axles Do I Need?

I have a 95 jdm b18c motor going into a 95 ex. Does it matter if I get ABS or non ABS axles? How do I find out what I have or need. Is it cool if I go to autozone to buy axles or should I buy a certian brand from someone else? I don't plan on getting the car beyond 250hp, so would oem be fine with standing that?

Abs or non abs is fine. 94-01 integra. Buy em anywhere, but ill let you know ALL autozone, pepboys, napa etc axles have a good chance of vibrating. I would buy used oem. As long as boots are good, buy em. AFTERMARKET REBUILDS SUCK USUALLY about 6 of 10 are bad. And ignore the lucky few who swear by them. GOOD luck

Yes, it matters if you get abs or non abs axles. If your car was equipped with ABS, you need ABS axles. There is a little ABS ring on the axles with teeth on it that the ABS sensor touches.

the two have different hub teeth and the non ABS is just alittle bit bigger

Axles are only garunteed to vibrate if the installer did a crapy job of installing them.

Napa has Great discounts if you give them your old parts as well, just make sure that whoever puts the axles on, puts them on right so that they dont vibrate. I myslef have Axles from napa and they dont vibrate at all. Replaced them myself.
