Exclamation Fuse keeps blowing.

Hi to everybody. I need some help.

I have a 94 civic vx that keeps blowing fuse #15 (10 amp for the Backup Lights).

It used to blow the fuse only when I put the car in reverse. Now it blows the fuse the moment I have the ignition open and put the fuse in.

I guess this fuse also controls my cluster panel and my turn signals cause they're not working.

Please someone help.

It is a yellow wire, it goes to the cluster, the clock, the hazards, and to the reverse light (at the shifter if auto or at the tranny if manual.) You can try disconnecting the clock cluster and hazards and see if it still blows fuses, that would determine if any of them are the cause. If it still blows fuses, it is more than likely in the wiring. I have seen on occasion that people will pinch that wire between the block and tranny when doing a clutch job.
