Hey first thread! My mate has a rear damaged Sri crx import and im taking the engine out. Has the B16a2. Its going into a 94 1500 Lsi civic. I know that in the civic world that this should be an easy swap, but im new, so back off! And the more info the better.Does anyone know if anything else will come out e.g will my car be wired for VTEC so i wont need to swap harnesses, will i need a 99-00 civic si back motor mount and shift linkage,or can i use the one of the crx and will this motor supply me with a B series axle? I think that this is all that i need to complete the swap but if not let me know!
Check out the car so far http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2534045 Thanks guys Mark |

First off, what year is his crx? A lot depends if it is is the 88-91 CRX or if it is the 93-96 Crx which we refer to as the Del Sol here in the states.

You will need a cable/hydro conversion for the clutch or switch to a hydro tranny. You will need the motor mounts, axles, and shift linkage all from a 94-01 integra. For an ecu, you will need a p30 or p28. If you want to keep a/c, you will need a a/c mount for a del sol w/ b16
