93 civic hatch JDM halos-how do ZI am these?
One is pointing high, and the other really low--since these are aftermarket, does anyone know the procedre?

if they are like mine they have screws on back that adjust. I cldn't get mine high enough so I ended up putting some fuel hose under them. Will need to get diff sizes till gets them where want
