Default Where is timing connector?

ok-so I got my car started and it seems to be running ok. I need to set the timing since I put in a new distributor but I can't find the yellow timing connector I need to jump. Suppose to be at the left firewall but don't see it anywhere. I checked it without jumping it and its way off. Turning the distributor to the extreme makes the timing marks visible but nowhere near the pointer. Can anyone tell me where it is? I set the dist around the middle for now and it seems to be running ok. Engine is a d15b7 in a 93 Civic DX. Thanks
