Door lock stuck
Hello everyone I am new here. Just got a 95 civic for free... Going over car and the driver door lock will not work. I pulled out the motor and the latch mechanism seems to be stuck. I can't seem to get the rods for the outside lock and the outside handle off of it. Any suggestions.....

I don't mean ask a stupid question but I'm not sure how familar you are with hondas. Are you trying to lock the door by hand with it open? Honda's don't let you lock the driver door by hand so you don't lock your keys in, you must use the key in lock.
