Hey so i was looking for a b16 to put in my 93 hatch and i thought i found one oops i was wrong so i got a d16z out of a 92 si well i no nothing about that i would like to try and get dohc it has vtec im looking to go fast i did a little research on it its a little 50/50 i dunno anyhelp on what to do with my d16z thnx guys

In all honesty i would junk the d16z6 from what i have been reading they are not really worth it. D motors just dont handle that much. If you could get a b18 or something of the sort. Other wise, build it up. Pistons, cams, cam gears and so on.

ya i figured as much so i found a jdm b16a block but i need a head and all that fun stuff got ne sites or info on that?????

not so true.... if built right, all motor can hang with the the dochs... turbocharged you can push close to 200 to the wheels.....if not more....

see my post above. there is lots of information on that site about swaps, whats needed and how to fix problems that you might encounter......also you might want to take a look at HondaSwap Forums there is a ton of info.....
