Default 93 Civic Transmisson Swap

I have a 93 honda civic & am trying to change it over from an Automatic Transmisson to a standard... i was wondering what kind of trouble i will run into and if i have to change over the wiring

you shouldnt have to worry about the wiring unless you plan to change the motor from what it is now, you have a obd1 civic, you just need to get the manual tranny and engine, you just have to get the pieces for the interior like the shift-boot and add the clutch pedal, and shift linkage. if i forgot anything ill post it back up that all i can think of at the moment, hope this helps!

The car is a 94 DX Coupe i have disarmed the cars airbags but i have ran into a few glitches and i need help to solve these.. First off ever sense i changed the car over the radio wont work, possibly a fuse. I have no idea how to get reverse lights working, a safety neutral switch would be great and how do i unplug the big grey plug in for the shifter and get the car to start becuase i have it plugged in and layed in a certain position for it to run.
