Engine advice

im stuck, i dont know what engine i should put in my 1993 civic coupe it has a ls but i want a vtec motor and i heard that ls vtec is is alright if you have the money to build it, (in my case i dont) i was wondering if i could get a jdm b16 and what modifications would i have to make to get it to work in my civic, the civic is a dx, i justa wanna know what general items i would need to swap in a jdm b16 if anyone could help it would be appreciated

If you already have an ls, just swap heads and put the b16 on there and it will be much cheaper and easier
