It's easy to do, but definately time consuming. Everything is bolt-in, but here's a few things you'll need to do that most write-ups overlook.

1. All of the holes on the firewall are already there but in the auto's they're going to need to be drilled out. You need to punch out the hole for the master cylinder, and also a couple holes to mount the clutch pedal bracket.

2. The ecu should be changed because you may have some minor cold start idling issues. I'm not positive on this, but it IS the case when you do this swap on Nissans.

3. The pilot bushing needs to be changed. The input shaft may be a different size between the transmissions.

4. And if you want any reliability in the setup, either install new components or resurface the ones you will reuse.

5. Check ahead of time on the axles, I'm not sure if they are different size, but if they are at least you already own them! I've only done this swap on 240sx's but generally the major points are the same for any vehicle.
