well it's not as bad as it could be... but I was driving home from work we had like 8" of snow at the time, and basically I took out a sign, and it cracked my bumper... well atleast from what I could tell.. it was damn dark out. I will have more info and pics of the damage in the morning.
Fuck the east coast... im going back west. |

yeah thanks guys... I called my insurance people, and they said they are going to give me an estimate... I have a 500$ deductable. Do you think I should have a shop fix it and paint it, or find my own replacement bumper and have someone paint it myself? Where would I save money in the long run?

Well here are the pics as promised. To the best of my knoledge, the only damage is to the bumper, and maybe the fender wall plastic trim shit. I am going to get an estimate on damages and how much it will cost to fix it... looks like I am going to have to pay the first 500$ of damage though... I am contimplating just buying an ek front, and putting it on myself and having someone paint it.

oh thats not that bad, you can actually buy new bumpers on ebay, give them your paint code and they will send you a new one shipped and painted for a decent price.

with a title like wrecked civic, i expected the car not to be able to run anymore. that doesn't look bad. my rear bumper is just the same.
go on ebay like dan said and look around. you'll find a new bumper pretty cheap |
