i have a 2000 civic 4dr value package with a D16Y7. i have a DC-Sports header to put on there and was wondering if it is absolutely necessary to have the second o2 sensor past the cat? or do you have to have both of them in there. also what would you recommend for exhaust size for this car 2.25" or 2.5" piping? I have also purchased a high flow cat for the car as well.

go with the 2.25 piping your D series doesnt need anymore than that. Yes you need a second o2 or you OBD2 car will throw codes.

oh and welcome

I've heard more about loss in power do to the high flow cats, rather than gains..

2.25 piping, gut your stock cat or get a test pipe, and yes all obd2 cars require a secondary o2

Lets not forget that your going to need an after market cat because your stock one is integrated into your stock exhuast manifold.

does anybody know off hand what size wrench i need for the o2 sensors so i can get the wrench from work. also does anybody know what kind of adhesive i need to use to permanently mount the eyelids to the headlights because the double-sided foam tape they gave me only worked for about 2 weeks
