Hi, so heres what im trying to do:
-I wanted to put in the JDM navi system in my civic, but then realized there was more dislikes that likes (no US maps, control looks, ect) -I still want the sleek electronic looks of the 99+ civic a/c controls, and i realize mine are manual and those are electronic but heres what i want to do -------Get the contols from that car and install my own screen into that space--------- This is the main thing i need to kno is this: my turbo civic doesnt have the AC compressor due to a 3" downpipe...but i still have heat...will i still need to do all the complex wiring ect? also can someone give me the link to the DIY for this so i can review it again... help is really appreciated this is my next big project for my car bc the ac controls look like S***!!! if you convert the 96-98 to a 99-00 climate control, in order to get the thing working AT ALL, you MUST install a 99-00 blower. otherwise it wont work at all.

that doesnt make sense to me. whats the dif between sliding something across and turning a knob? why would you want a navi system? havin a navigation system in a turboed civic is about as useful as putting a aquarium in there. thats just my thought. good lukc with it though
