Have you adjusted throttle cable nuts? Should fix it.

back when i had my b16a swap done, i had some idle issues also. the idle would get stuck and fluctuate at 1500 and bounce up and down between 1500-1600. i brought it to a shop and they put a newer IACV on and then found a couple broken sensor plugs so they change the harness.

after that it ran pisser. im not exactly sure if the plugs or the IACV were the fix though. but if i was you i'd look at the IACV and maybe try cleaning it out.

If he had an IACV problem his CEL would be on, Check your throttle cable and also check for vacuum leaks.

I've tried the throttle cable and it stills stay at 1500 to 1600 rpm, I also took out the IACV and use some carb cleaner, and my check engine light is on, I just don't have a code reader, do you guys think it can be my ecu cause I'm still running my Y7 ecu until my y8 ecu gets here, went through and check all the hoses also, nothing. Thanks
