Hey everyone, its been awhile since i posted on here, but i havent had a civic in 2 years and fell out of the loop really. now my girl friend has a nice 96 sedan, with some yellowed/leaky headlights. i forgot, do the newer 99/00 clear headlights fit, or do we have to stick with the 96 ones? thanks in advance!

The 99-00 Civic Headlights won't fit. I am sure you can pick up some aftermarket clear ones or OEM look ones for under $100 or so on eBay. OEM ones can be a tad expensive.

thanks for the reply. the oem thing isnt an issue since she works at a dealership, she gets cost + 5% on any parts, so even honda filters are only like 4 bucks. its an awesome deal i think. i was hoping it would work, but oh well.

Sometimes the yellowing can be buffed out with an orbitol buffer and plastic comound and polish, but then again your mentioned water gets in.
