I'm new to civics (actually this is my first car) and I recently backed into someone.
My question is how dificult is it to find a trunk (trunk lid?) for my 97 ex coupe? Where can I get one?

Is it a big job to swap it in? Also, the tail-lights - how do I know which ones will fit? would Altezza tails be worth it?

Thanks so much for your help.

you can look around online, eBay or even browse the many sites listed for junkyards and salvage yards here in the u.s. i would suggest for the tails, either staying with factory replacements from the same year civic coupe, or even going with the 99-00 civic Si/EX factory tailights. the fitment of the factory lights is much better than those aftermarket altezza style lights, and they don't look as cheesy IMO. you can't mistake the fitment for the tails, because the 96-00 civic sedan tailights are bigger. and, it will also usually list which cars it will fit on in the product description. good luck, and if you need any more info, let us know.=) peace.
