I was wondering what I will need to get when I get a suspension for my '99 EX Coupe.
I am planning on running the Eibach coilovers(Thanks 97 Ferio),I wanted to rock them on my Mk4 Golf, but now I got a Civic I want to do them on this.I am used to doing VW suspension stuff, tell me straight forward what I need to purchase/do when I install this for my Honda. Thanks soo much for your help.

if you're gonna do the install yourself, i would say refer to your helms manual for taking off the stock suspension...and for the eibach kit, it comes w/ installation instructions. you don't really need anything else but your car, appropriate tools, helms manual, installation instructions, and your coilover kit...unless you wanna install some sway bars, a camber kit, and strut tower bars too. i'm sure you know what to do since you've worked on other cars before. good luck manBTW, here's the link to Eibach's web page: http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/start.exe/eibach/index.html

Sorry guys... I wanted the Eibach coilovers when I had my VW Golf. But I opted for KW coils.I didn't mean to cause any confusion. I know VW Coils won't work on Hondas.
I heard nothing but good reviews on the Eibachs, and 97 Ferio gave me good words on his.I figured this time around I'd try em out. So pretty much all I need is the coils,a camber kit for the front? and rear camber bolts? See thats what I am not used to,I never needed any of that stuff while doing VW suspensions. I am not looking to do sways now, cause honestly I am dropping for look wise over performance, but my Civic is a daily driver,so I want a semi-comfortable ride.I'll do sways eventually. Thanks all for your help, esp 97 Ferio.. you rock man!!

BTW, Eibach uses one wrench?? that's pretty cool. How thick are the coilover threads on the eibach coilovers?
I owned H&Rs and the threads were pretty close together,I am hoping the threads are fatter on the Eibachs so they are easier to clean/lube and adjust. My one H&R got locked up from the road grime. The set of KW's I owned were simply awesome! I wish they made a application for the Civic. BTW, anyone run Omnipower coils? I friend of mine recommended them, even though I plan on doing the Eibach's I figured I'd compare the 2. Thanks soooo much all! I really have no one to ask for advice on Honda's excpet for here LOL!

np man, i thought you were gonna try and use coils off a vw, my bad. if your doing more than an inch- inch and a half drop then your gonna need camber plates, i'm using a set of skunk 2's, love um. very simple to adjust.
