Default NEED HELP: 1999 Honda Civic EX Sedan

i drive a 99 civic ex sedan. theres a shit load of problems with my car i cant figure out

-i only get like 200 miles for a full tank of gas. seriously. i pushed it up to 220 once i know somethings wrong but im not sure. how much do you guys get in your d16y8? and any solutions?

-somethings wrong with the brakes, i gotta step on it almost all the way for it to stop and it rumbles like crazy when brake on freeways, even on local roads going 30-45...my friend checked it out for me and he said my brake pads are brand new and my rotors arent bent (to the naked eye) but i have no idea

-the gas pedal seems stuck sometimes when i first try to accelerate but only when i step on it lightly..isnt it supposed to be smooth?

On the gas issue, i drive a 2000 EX coupe D16y8 and it gets about 220 miles on a tank average, i don't drive it slow so i don't get that good mpg. My guess is that your tank is only 12 gallons and can't hold a lot so its cheap to fill but doesn't last that long.

for the shaking, your alignment is most likely off. Maybe get an alignment and wheel balancing.

Yep, alignment/balancing, and I'd try to bleed the brakes/check the rotors/have them turned while you're at it.

Also, I drive a 98 ex 4dr, with an 11.9 gallon tank, and I get 350+ every tank. Oh, and I only fill up with about 10 gallons each time. Yeah, you should definitely be getting more than 20mpg. Any smoke? anything burning/leaking?

on your brake issue, going all the way to the floor isnt a good thing of course so make sure you have brake fluid, and if it feels spongy when you step on them then there is air in the system and you have to bleed it off. you should have a solid feeling on your brakes. check if your brake fluid is leaking too. if your car vibrates when braking, you might wanna get some new rotors.
