any mods for low end torque on a D16y8? i've already put in a high flow cat and cold air intake. thats about it. i've heard a 4-1 header helps. but to my knowledge there are 2 types of 4-1. help pls!

4-1 will hurt low end torque. so will your "high flow cat". for torque, the only noticeable gains you'll get will be from a supercharger/nitrous/boost/swap. That's it.

Oh, and I found that in the tech/faq's section. Read through there, it'll help you out a lot.
