Ok,
i have a 98 civic ex. This model year did not come with stock fog light openings in the front bumper. I read somewhere that the honda dealer will cut out the holes in the bumper so you can install some fog lights. If i can't get them to do it, how involved is it and anybody have a diy for this project? |

it's not hard at all. i did mine myself...there are spots for the fogs to go into on the bumper from the factory, you just have to cut a little bit of plastic...mine turned out alright. but, i didn't make a diy writeup for this. now, if you have a 99-00 front end convert, that's another story, but it should be easy too. if you don't feel confident enough doing it yourself i'm sure the dealer will do it for you. mine came with install instructions. good luck.
here's how mine turned out ![]() ![]() and here's the before pic. ![]()
