need help guys

i have a 96 civic lx four doors everytime i get a full tank smell like gas in my car for a couple of days till it goes down to 3/4.

and everytime i get on the freeway when my car hits 60-65 it bogs for a second or 2 sec. i just change my spark plugs like 2 months ago. before that i change it 6 months earlier.need help plsssssss

Check your tank access plate, it's under the back seat.
There's a removable plate on top the gas tank-it may be
leaking.

I'd replace the fuel filter first (if you haven't already)
That's the easiest and cheapest, and should be done anyway.
If that's not it, you need to pressure check the fuel pump.
Then there's a lot of other things to check that would be
easier to have diagnostics run at the dealership.
