new to the import seen

I have a 97 honda civc with a 1.6l dohc and i am wanting to get a motor/turbo combination I was thinking of either a Spoon B20 or a type R but i am afriad that if i run a Spoon that I cant run a turbo or nos do to to much compression anyone have any ideas I am willing to build a motor from scracth if that is what it takes.
