What is the easiest way to change the doors in my car... how many bolt do it have nd what size?

Take the splash shields off under the fenders and that
will give you access to the hinge bolts.
Two or three bolts on two hinges, 10mm bolt heads.
That's it.
You may even be able to access them from just opening the door.

Just make sure you disconnect any electrical wireing first,
and the damper that cushions the door closeing.
It's a little rod with one bolt fastened to the jamb.
