I have a Playstation2 hooked up and going back to tomorrow to get my 6 disc cd changer installed.
Problem with the playstation is...it always has a Disc Read Error...sometimes it works..sometimes it dont
weird..

Nice buy. My PS2 would do the same thing until it quit working all together. I guess there is a fix for it, but I haven't had time to use it anyways.

I know how to fix that....well...at least mine did that....it stopped reading DVD's,......then it stopped reading the playstation discs....the problem is the angle of the lazer....you can bust open the playstation and fix it pretty easy...but it voids any warrenties.....but i doubt you have one since its an older PS2.

Damn it, you too?

I bought my PS2 the first day they were out, and mine recently just took a crap on me.

Maybe something was wrong with the first runs?

yeah you have to open it up and put a magnet in the center f the little disc grabber deal

thats what holds the spinny dealy steady and it will wear out after a while, did that ot mine works fine
