This only happens when volume gets turned up from zero, or sometimes in between tracks? I ripped all the wiring from the amp and put it back and same thing. ...

My fuse was blown, I replaced it then this suddenly started happening... either its that or my RCA's right???

If anyone can clarify this for me RIGHT ON!

Try pushing on the cone so that it moves in and out a couple times, if it makes a kind of scratching or crackling sound your sub is blown.

your both right, Its not the sub though. I put in my old JL W3 and same thing?? And CivicHB i know what your talking about. But there are so many damn wires when it comes to systems. Im gonna try pulling out my headunit and check the rca's and all. I had a small kink in the wire that might have caused it as well....Right on guys

Well if you tried a different sub I would suggest trying a different amp as well. I don't think this sounds like a wiring problem, unless it's a bad ground.
