you might have a speaker wire and power wire close to each other, I would talk to andy (Toyz-B-US) about this one, he is the audio expert. Are your speakers wire up to your factory wiring?

I have no idea whats causing it I only have my head unit and 2 speakers right now and hte speakers are OEM. I'm gonna buy a new aftermarket harness and some solder or some New electrical tape so I can re-wire this shit tomorrow.

Well like Dan said, if there are two wires close to each other that aren't well insulated, you'll get some static/whine.

The main reason for alternator whine is poor grounding. def. though power run parallel/close to r.c.a. wires or speakers will also cause it. I would check the ground on the deck, maybe add a ground strap to the case. if that doesnt fix the prob...try seperating the speaker and power lines out of the deck.
