i have a two 12 inch rockford punch subs and both were working fine but after i took the plexiglass off for a replacement so the store can get the measurements, today i got it back and i noticed the left subwoofer dont come one. i was still listening to music in my car while the plexiglass was off for about a 2 weeks, did that affect the left subwoofer?

What's up? There could be a few reasons that your sub is not working.
1) by moving the enclosure around (removing the plexiglass) you could have jostled a wire loose.
Your box may be wired a few ways as well . . you'll have to check em all.
1st check the wires attatched to the back of the box. if that dosn't help
2nd unscrew your sub, pull it out, and check the connections inside of the box. Sometimes the subs can be wired together internaly so that could be a problem too.
2) you may have fried an output on your amp.
You can check this by switching the wires from the amp.
Disconnect em' and see if the rightsub fires on the channel that your left one has been connected to . . . that should bring you closer to figuring out the prob.

Let us know what you find out.

you could have blown the sub up by having the plexi out and bottoming out the speaker too much.
