Dynomat works good, so does little strips of foam where the rattle is coming from.

There are a few different ways we can answer this one . . we need a lil' more info though.

Is your stereo setup completely stock? aftermarket cd player? bla bla bla

Is it amp'd? you know . . . the basics.

I'm figuring it's a pretty easy fix but with out knowing how your setup is, I don't know were to start.

Sorry bout the lack of info. It is completely stock right now but the nofo who we bought the car from had Afro engineered the wiring harness in the drivers door and in the trunk deck. I think he had a DVD player in there with a shit load of Subs b/c there was a rip in the back of my rear seat and i stuck my hand down in it and found a bunch of wires. But anyways, I went to Best Buy yesterday and bought two 10" subs and an amp and a new headunit. An install tips? Thanks

You may have to go and backtrack.See what kind of wiring is done and restart frm there.Say fuck it,suck it up,yank it out and start from scratch, esp if your gonna do an aftermarket stereo anyway.

damn lets see...
when i had my 01 red hatchback i had the same problem with the only 2 front speakers, i ended up dynomatting them and rigging them to the door since the little plastic thingies that the speaker screws go into were all worn out, if I recall correctly I went to a junkyard and got the little plastic thingies there.

Its been about 6 to 8 yrs so I may be wrong on this. So I hope this can help you out.
