Yeah..thats true...ive seen some guys go 14-16psi on stock internals...hell bubba says hes done 350+ on stock internals...but its about how long you want it to last. Injector upgrade and fuel pump upgrade are almost a definate...i wouldnt recommend anything else, id go at least 550 on injector...or if you ever plan on doing more do it right the first time with 1000's and a walboro high pressure fuel pump with a AEM regulator...Personal pet peeve(not trying to steal your word tegs) i dont like fmu's or vafc's they just dont work properly. I would spend the money and invest in at least an s100 with boost but most preferably a s200 with boost. My motor has a lot of work done on it, i run 28psi on a t3/60-1...pretty big turbo i have full boost at about 5600rpms and it makes power till right after 9000rpms. Me and tegs are pretty much the turbo guys oh here...we both have pretty much the same setup. if you need any more help or any advice...just ask and we will answere...

Hi i was gona go down the route of getting a vortech fmu and a walbro 255 fuel pump for the time being will this work okay or should i scrap the fmu?, i have already got a apexi afc, was looking at them ultimate turbo kits on ebay because there the same kind as the one i will be getting but NEW, so for the few more $$$ i would have a brand new kit, any one now anything about these kits?

Turbokits.com, i personally would not buy a kit on ebay. I would also not use a fmu, you should just spend more on hondata and do things right. You will love your self in the morning.

I looked on turbokits.com and some of the kits on ebay have better manifolds (steel and diffrent shape to cast iron to produce more power) and you seem to get a lot more but the bov's etc are no name brands which is the only down side, why should i not use an fmu? i was going to buy a vortech fmu, i cant really afford a hondata and plus i live in scotland uk and it is really hard to get bits with out paying $$$$ for them. also no one over here really knows alot about turboing honda's.

I used an fmu at first also; my car ran really lean on gas and performed horribly. After getting a proper fuel management system, the results have been amazing.
Piece of mind is worth the $.
