well is the container next to the raditor suppose to be empty??? the hoses are hooked up to it but there is no fluid in it?

im hopeing this get this fixed sooon.. my friend told me if i pay him 5.0 hes gonna help me primer my car.. his gf just recently got her car painted which was also the same color so they might have paint still.. i am thinking of carbon fiber everything hood, fenders, front lip, trunk and cf spolier... new tail lights ... black houseing.. thats it for the body i wanna get some stuff to sprus up the interior as in reverse indeglo gauges, short throw, racing seats, jdm interior i want suspenion mods Coilovers pref.. but springs will do, full strut kits.. all the goodies polish control arms. camber kit and 15' bootleg rotas white

Yeah the reservoir next to your radiator should be filled like halfway up with coolant, and it will rise when your car is warmed up and fall when it cools down.

i took it to a mech that is a cuz in law to my friend he helped the idleing told me the timing is advanced to much. it idles good now tells me i need to losen three bolts to the disturtor... i put like .5L in there cause the raditor was empty..? i guess it suppose to do it itself my friend told me to put some water in it and said not to use tap water cause it will cause it to rust... i really wanna lowering it and throw the factory struts i bought from pepboys
