very simple change. You need a 10 millimeter socket/wrench and a 14 millimeter socket/wrench. First there is a little nut holding on a ground, get that off first.. usually the trickist.
Once thats off pull the other power plug off. Then undo the top 10 mil bolt on the bracket. Then get the bottom 14 (hard to get to prob have to jack up the car) pull those bolts out and the alt will drop right down.. reverse the steps to put in a new one.. very simple thing anyone on this site can do it. |

What kind of car is it? In my 95 civic i had to bring it to the otherside of the motor because my axle was preventing it from just dropping out.
